"U Castellu" is a hamlet of three freestone dwellings built on land planted with maquis species with an area of 6500m², on the heights of Propriano. Each villa offers a panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of Valinco.
Villa Capponi is made up of three fully equipped independent apartments. These apartments do not have a swimming pool.
The villa A Casa di Famidda has three suites of over 20m² each.
This villa has a private heated swimming pool (May 1 to October 15).
The Caseddu is our luxury suite. This 37m² guest room has a very large bedroom with king size bed (180cm x 200cm), a dressing room with safe, a bathroom with bathtub and sea view, a separate toilet, an office area with mini-bar, courtesy tray (kettle, Nespresso machine), an outdoor shower, a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and a small private heated swimming pool (from May 1 to October 15).
